These days it is easy to feel stressed and anxious. As soon as you see the news, the world seems to have gone mad! Most of the stressors in our lives are tiny, but they can add up. While others are more severe and specific to a certain situation or seemingly unrelated.

If stress and anxiety or a phobia are keeping you from living your life to the fullest, it is time to act. CBH-therapy is an effective way to address these issues by focusing on your thoughts, behaviour and emotions. With some practice you'll be able to replace learned responses with more useful thoughts and actions while remaining calm and relaxed.
